The only downside of this amazing volume is the fact that you will require the right set of tools to become a Modernist chef at home, but there it’s not a need to get discouraged because they’re less expensive and easier to find than you might think. Even so, everyone can try the recipes without the recommended equipment.

From our own experience, the required tools make all the difference. There are the extra steps to make the perfect dinner. With the use of the recommended equipment, everyone can recreate an exact copy of every recipe.

It is also important to mention that this book has 6 foreign editions, not counting with the English one. With so many editions there will be no excuses in getting one!
