Continuing with our special week dedicated to MasterClass, this time we decided to bring you, Alice Waters MasterClass review.

If you are a follower of sustainable agriculture, you probably know who is Alice Waters. If you don’t know who is this woman, she is a chef, author, food activist and the founder and owner of Chez Panisse Restaurant in Berkeley, California.  Considered a champion on local sustainable agriculture, Alice Waters has been involved in numerous projects.

In 1995, she founded the Edible Schoolyard Project, which advocates for a free school launch for all children. She is also vice president of Slow Food Internacional since 2002 and one of the people who helped create the Yale Sustainable Food Project in 2003. We could continue to talk about this incredible woman, but that is content enough for another article, we think you get the point!
