Continuing with our We Cook Books series, today we decided to share with you a Banana Fritters Recipe from Australia: The Cookbook.
Australia is well known for its themed festivals. The town of Murwillumbah, on the far north coast of New South Wales, heads its first banana festival in 1955. Every year, until 2019, for one night in August, the Main Street is closed and filled with all things banana. This Banana Fritters Recipe is just one of the delicious things that are served in this festival.
