180 g (¾ cup) smooth peanut butter (not natural style) 180 g (¾ cup plus 2 tablespoons) sugar 660 g (2⅔ cups) half-and-half Pinch of kosher or sea salt 0.5 g (⅛ teaspoon) pure vanilla extract
